Attention Points For Using Tire
1. Tires should be fixed on corresponding rims of the same model, requirements and size.
2. The same axle should be assembled with tires of the same Specification, brand, size, ply rating, atmospheric pressure and pattern.
3. All tires of vehicles should be replaced when replacing with new ones. Otherwise, new tires should be fixed on the outer side of the front or rear axle.
4. When simultaneously fitting the two tires of the rear axle, the rotation marks of tires should point to the forward drive direction.
5. Tires should be inflated to standard internal pressure. But on roads of 4% higher amcber, coaches can have 20-30kpa lower than standard internal pressure in front and rear inside tires.
6. The load of tires is subject to the max load stipulated for single tire. No overload is allowed. And the load should be well distributed.
7. When changing position, all tires should be changed simultaneously. Be sure not to change the original drive direction of tires.
8. When binding tire chains, two sides should be bound. After passing through slippery road, the chains should be remove. Too tight or too loose chains may damage the tire side and the surface of the tire.
9. Regularly check the tire. When rip or hole are found, they should be immediately mended in case the damage will be expanded.
10. The external tire should be fixed on standard rims, And keep the rim edge (or the Grommet) in good condition. Regularly remove rust and add antirust oil.
Attention Points for Tire Storade
1. Tires should be stored in dry warehouse and kept from direct sunlight. It’s not advisable to store in much too airy places. The temperature in the warehouse should be controlled between-10℃ and +30℃, and the relative humidity should be between 50%-80%. Also the warehouse shouldn’t be near to generating equipment or other ozonegenerating place for preventing from oxidization.
2. Tires should be placed one meter away from heat source. It is not allowed to place tires together with oil, inflammable objects, acid, alkaili and other chemical objects.
3. The external tires or wrapped tires in set should be placed vertical to the frame. Regularly change the pivot point, at least once three months.
4. When tires are stored in sets. They should be slightly inflated. Meanwhile, apply some powder on the surface of the inner tubes.
5. To store the inner tubes specifically, they should be hung on half-circular shelves. And the fulcrum should be changed regularly to avoid tire deformation and chapping.
6. Wrapped tires should be stored with packages.
7. The tires should be stored in batches according to the production. And we should use them by turn.
INFLATION PRESSURE
If a tyre is well inflated, it travels all right without any deforamation, if over of under inflated, it will deform and its life shorten.
Loading
Vehicles are net allowed to be overloaded, otherwise it will seriously affect the service life of tyres. If the distribution of loading weight is not reasonable. Over loading will also occur to tyers.
